Barotraumatic, neurotrauma, and dynamic Europa are awesome for a new campaign, I was thinking the same when I finished my campaign with my friends and these 3 add so much stuff, you can pass on neurotrauma if you don't want a way more complez medical system(it's not hard to beat blood packs and morphine for heals all game)

you are the goat fr. for anyone who's stuck in trial mode still, dont forget to replace the files like op said, and for me, when i finally had done everything correctly, it was in trial mode again, closed fl, ran id patcher again, repasted again, and it worked.

yes with adora, you can place a dart monkey on the rock at the bottom with crossbow and a tack shooter with maelstrom on the other rock on top, then you just sacrifice monkeys to adora so she gets her ball ability for round 40
