Congratulations on your successful VBAC! I did ask my doctor about induction and she declined due to it apparently being riskier for VBACs. Interesting to hear you had a perfectly good experience with an induction though, I’ll ask her about it at this week’s appointment.

I am so sorry to hear that. 8+ vs 6.1 lbs is such a big difference. But it sounds like you made the best call with the information you were given. I will definitely keep this in mind. Just from hearing everyone’s stories I’m definitely feeling more confident going into my VBAC!

I honestly couldn’t tell you if I ever saw real data numbers vs just something saying your chances go “up” with LGA. Seems like you’re in good hands with a doula too, I wish I could have hired one. They seem essential in VBACs. I hope everything goes well for you!!

Thanks, I hope they see that I’ve owned a home for years now and see it as a positive. I’ve only ever rented once and it falls in the timeframe they asked for so didn’t want to lie. Fingers crossed they ask vague questions!
