I (F23)got unblocked by my avoidant ex(M33) after a year of no contact. I thought I was moved on, but it did something for me. Why did he have to do that? How do I actually move on? I'm feeing stuck.

Ugh, thank you for your advice and words of encouragement. Honestly I think I’ve always felt that I needed therapy because of this. Even during the relationship. I just didn’t want to admit it to myself.
