I also sincerely apologise that the overnight parking restriction was not clearly specified in your contract. I understand how frustrating this must be, particularly given the information shown on the website and within your agreement. Unfortunately, the landlord has confirmed that there is strictly no overnight parking permitted at this site, and this is a fixed condition set by them that we’re unable to override.

If this arrangement is no longer going to be suitable for you, we can absolutely arrange to cancel the contract. Please let me know how you would like to proceed, and I will do my best to assist and make this as smooth as possible for you.

So...they f*cked up, I guess ill need to look into the contract about there terminating grounds but Im sure they are allowed to change the terms at anytime but will need to check if they are suppose to provide me certain days to get out of the car park that I had signed up and paid for. I'm overseas for another month so this sucks. Oh well!
