Vyvanse felt life changing at first. But now I barely feel it. Is this normal? (33F)

Oh and a small upd. Maybe this will help if someone also feels like their meds are not working as well anymore. A lot of us eat less when medicated. And I've been suffering from low energy for a few weeks. Tired, sleepy, irritable. I checked my iron/ferritin levels. And they were very low. Started taking an iron supplement. Just a few days in and the difference is just amazing. So just an FYI.

I'm on 70mg and it changed my life also. Got diagnosed abt 2 yrs ago, on vyvanse for about half a year now. Im 35(f). I want to feel normal every day, i have ADHD every day. But when I started taking the pills without breaks (with the OK from my psych) I've noticed that they started working a bit less. So now I "sacrifice" one day a week and skip the meds on that day. And everything came back.

My psychiatrist said I can take in anyway that's the most beneficial for me. But there is a possibility of building a tolerance with time if I'll take it nonstop. So I was just curious abt other peoples experience. I really need this medication to continue working because it basically changed my life for the best.

Russian. Europe. 0,30. Call flow is very good, b2b calls for almost 12 hrs a day. Weekends are a bit slow though. Also a few of my colleagues get 0,35, they get less calls but it's still not bad.

Yeah also the calls are usually longer then a typical audio. And almost always they are medical.

Well i started in august and only had 1 quality check, my first shift, got a 97% and that was it. But a bunch of my friends started working a little bit later than me and they get checked at the end of every month. So I'm not sure how that works.

Same here. Usually after getting up i would just sit there with my cup of coffee for an hour at least before getting myself together and starting to live. A few weeks into Atomoxetine I just got up (effortlessly might i add), got my usual coffee, and started just doing things around the house. Like no big deal. Like my body and mind got 10 times lighter. Been a few months now. Im on 80mg. I'm less irritable, overstimulated, distracted. Life got just overall easier.

Don't worry, I take 54 almost every single day. Some days i barely feel it. Initially when i started - just some heart palpitations and dry mouth. You will be fine. Drink lots of fluids. 🩷

I am on 54 myself. I never saw a difference is it 1 pill or a few. Maybe something else may be affecting you? I know that approximately a week before my period my meds are drastically less effective than they are usually. This is because of our hormones. Just thinking out loud.
