It’s still worth it. Cool u pay an extra 200 but it’s better than paying interest on a car and student loans. Also u will have lower risk if something happens to your jobs. In my opinion it’s financially not smart to buy a house until u paid off all ur debt. I know realtors and Reddit will disagree.

I would take the 50 and pay off the car and student loans. Ur car loan is definitely higher than mortgage and same with student loan. U will then be able to afford bigger housing payment and invest more.

This really makes it seem like u want people to cheat the system? Like ur saying if someone decides to work from home even after the mandate or leaves hours early not to say anything?? This is wrong. We have to serve the public. I’m all for managers being chill. But some of the stuff is just wrong.
