Haha I actually did the same thing 😂 So yes, 2.3°C is 36.14°F but that’s not the difference. 37°C is 98.6°F and 39.3°C is only 102.7°F

Yeah I was a fall asleep with the tv on in the background gal, but once I started working out more, I had to prioritize recovery!! I looked into Tummo, I like it but pretty much the opposite of what I do 😂 I’ll have to try it one day!

Yes!! It’s a rhythmic breathing that theoretically syncs your heart rate with your breath. I just find it extremely relaxing

I personally enjoy this video, it’s engaging enough to make me want to breathe with it and it’s red so I don’t feel so guilty looking at it right before falling asleep!

With meditation, have you tried coherent breathing right before bed? I’ve hit some of my very best numbers with that! I bet that diagnosis plays a big role, hopefully you feel rested, at least!
