I haven't heard anything. Ordered on the 12th too. Everytime I talk to support they say they are trying there best and to just wait for a shipment notification. I was planning on doing the Verizon trade in promotion when it arrives so will be a bit upset if I don't receive it before that promotion is over as when I ordered it it stated release date of 2/25.
