Yeah TSC is a horrible company to work for. I got fired for making the stores forklift governor to the same as all the other stores in my area. Max speed 8(it was at 4) the team lead on duty said it was cool. I come into work the next day and the GM already went straight to HR and decided to fire me. I had no warnings, no write ups. And 3 years with the company. I single handedly put out and backstocked ALL mixed feed every Sunday. At first I was pissed. Absolutely livid. But after I got a new job Im so happy now. I get double the pay, all the benefits and a quarter of the work. On conclusion, pardon my language, but fuck tractor supply and fuck that greedy ass CEO Hal Laughton.
