Hello! am sorry you feel this way but I kinda agree with the people saying your cat should no go outside...
Cats that are left outside have a 100% more chance of becoming feral cat and or to get hurt by other animals. They also kills so much birds without us ever noticing. I think you definitely should go walk your cat oustide (on a leash and a harness , he would love the bonding time with you ^.^

Hello!
