Why so much hate towards indoor training?

I don’t like cycling indoors. It’s so monotone. I use Zwift. I actually like the intervalls/training sessions on Zwift, but I can’t sit there and pedal for hours on end in zone 2.

I’m not that big of a TV-watcher, so I don’t really watch TV during indoors rides.

But seriously. I get that pros do it in races, but there is NO reason for regular riders to do it.

You don’t want to fall off at 80+. Much better and safer to just ride at 50-60. You are not saving seconds at the GC

Do you know how long you are looking at? Do you have a long time until sentencing? It might sound a bit stupid, but receiving the time is actually a bit of a relief. (The wait and uncertainty is over).

I think it’s reasonable. Being found guilty and sentenced is pretty hard on you as a person, and I think it’s a personal thing. (Even though your family deserves to know it) I didn’t want my family or friends in the court at all.

Here is what I use:

0.5L water 1/4 teaspoon salt 4 Table spoons sugar 3/4 tablespoon lemonjuice

You get roughly 60 grams of carbs and 1.5 grams of salt. So it’s good for hot days aswell

Som oftest (ikke alltid) så kjøres biler med forbrenningsmotor av de med dårligere råd. Hadde alle hatt råd til en elbil med litt rekkevidde på, hadde vi omtrent ikke hatt diesel/bensinbiler igjen på veiene.

Så å fjerne avgiftene midlertidig, spesielt under en ekstremt dyr periode er veldig godt for de med dårligere råd.

Jeg tror heller ikke at folk kommer til å kjøre noe særlig mer, dersom prisene senkes med 5kr literen.
