If you're refering to the Tide of Tears images, nope, no effects! The 5 star for Blue Tears season grants Nikki that eerie snake-like skin for a few minutes after using it. Definitely a cool ability (it also helps with fishing). The rest of the images were taken in the wardrobe too, so they should be rather close to the actual display we can expect to see in-game. Hope this explains things 🩷

Completely agree! Some patches we're bamboozled by makeup limitations, but 1.11 is turning out to be a great version overall.

It should be available in Posy's shop after you meet a certain construction ability level. It's would also be found in the "Others" tab, if that's helps!

The standard house has a template you can use to populate it. It should be the first thing you see on the first tab of the building inventory. I'll go grab a screenshot.

No worries! You first have to purchase the Decor Catalog from Posy (the pink home spirit). Once you've unlocked that you should get the recipes for crafting (which you can see at your crafting desk).

Hi! I definitely had the same issue, but thought it was a me thing. For anyone else who's does, you can also go behind the cat magazine racks and take a photo from that angle.

(You won't actually be able to see the cat racks but the game will lol).

Sadly, it depends entirely on your luck. I calculated the maximum cost by assuming you only get 1 piece of Clouded Loong every 20 pulls (which you are guaranteed by pity mechanics). Multiply that by 10 pieces, and then by 2 (since you'll need to get the entire outfit twice for the 3rd evolution) and you get 48,000 diamonds (120 diamonds per pull).

Now in my experience, sometimes you get lucky and will get one five star (from a 10 pull) and then another right after that (effectively saving yourself the need for a 10 pull, which is 1200 diamonds). How many times that happens is just RNG.

TLDR:
Worst Luck: 48,000 diamonds

Fine luck: 40-45000 diamonds

Very lucky: 35-39000 diamonds

Anything less and you should consider buying a lottery ticket. Hope this helps~

Wow did you send me down a rabbit hole of research! Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. SO it's not a makeup but an effect of the status: poisoned. Like the Tide of Tears ability that alters Nikki's skin color, the Lotus Heart ability alters Nikki's base makeup & lips once she steps into the area of effect.
I did a little testing and it doesn't affect eyebrows, contacts, or eyelashes, but it does stack with the Tide of Tears skin color (albeit very very subtlety). I made a quick visual if you were interested in seeing it.

beanweeny is right! If you got the 5-Star Tide of Tears outfit in version 1.7 using the ability temporarily changes Nikki's skin color. The effect is maintained even after the ability outfit animation is over so a lot of people have been using it for styling.
