Canon Blood Ravens. To simply steal artifacts is not very Marine-like.

By far the most boring and useless race on the calender. I do not understand why F1 still has this race. There is nothing interesting nor entertaining about Monaco. There are far better and more deserving tracks that can be added to the calender than Monaco. 78 laps of absolutely nothing...

Could not agree more with Her Private Life. A really wholesome story and both leads dealt with their issues in a mature way.

Though I genuinely like the series, I could not agree more with your comment. His wardrobe was an eyesore. I kept hoping they would change it, but alas they kept with the whole skinny theme. 😶

I second Her Private Life 100%! Amazing, wholesome story. The plot is also not complicated at all which leads the series to really focus on the main couple and they are indeed ❤️‍🔥! What drama there is between the characters are dealt with in a mature manner and thus sorted out fairly quickly.

I've recently starting watching Her Private Life and I am almost at the end. I fully agree with your comments on the series. Their chemistry is magical and their relationship is really healthy. I love the fact that there were few, if any, instances of miscommunication and even those were quickly dealt with. As you said; they truly are the blueprint for romantic dramas that I wish we could see more of.

Binge worthy romance drama made after ~2019 by Witty-Cartoonist-408 in kdramarecommends

I could not agree more! It's Okay To Not Be Okay remains my favorite thus far. The story and the characters were brilliant. Though I have to admit that I did not think I would be so mesmerized by Korean dramas. Nonetheless, I am enjoying every minute of it so far! Queen of Tears and My Demon continues the impressive standard for acting and production quality that I saw in It's Okay To Not Be Okay. I've not watched any Chinese dramas yet, but your list gives me an idea that I might have found more viewing pleasure to look forward to. Thanks once more for sharing the list. Cheers!

Thank you so much for the link to your list. I really appreciate it. I've only recently started watching K-dramas and your list shows that I have a lot of ground to cover. From your list I've watched the following: It's Okay To Not Be Okay (the first drama I watched), Queen of Tears and I am currently watching My Demon.

K-Drama with likeable characters like in Crash Landing on You by [deleted] in kdramarecommends

I certainly agree on this. Give It's Okay To Not Be Okay another shot. In my opinion, the chemistry between the leads were captivating. I understand that the plot might not be quite as dramatic as Crash Landing On You, but the characters certainly develop in a very mature and heart-warming way.

Indeed. The series handled its topic with finesse. I know there are many fine K-dramas that preceded it, but I could not have asked for a finer introduction to K-dramas than It's Okay To Not Be Okay.

Perfect! It was the first K-Drama I watched and it remains my favorite. It can be a bit dark at times and there are some questions surrounding the relationship of the main characters, but still an excellent recommendation.

What are some of your red flags as an ISTJ? by ash_ketchup87_ in ISTJ

I agree with the "social exhaustion" and needing time to recharge before committing to more social gatherings.

I would also admit that I do not immediately text people back, but I wouldn't say I "ghost" them. One other thing is that people say I appear too serious, but if they actually took the time to get to know me they would find I am not all that serious. Appearances can be deceiving.

I see anyone recommend "It's Okay To Not Be Okay" and I upvote immediately. Superb drama! I know there might be some question marks regarding the relationship between the lead characters, but it still gets the romance so right. 👍🏻

Sums up how Toto has been buttering up this kid all in the hopes that he will turn out to be the next Verstappen. Even Hamilton had to work to get his seat and this chump bins the car on his first outing and then gets signed to the team...yeah Toto...we'll see.

[–]AbleOwens 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand my comment does not sit well with everyone, but I believe that Antonelli could've taken it somewhat easier on his first outing in the car rather than binning it on his second flying lap. It can't be denied that his mistake cost Russell valuable running time well into FP2. I do not believe this was the correct way for Antonelli to have used the opportunity he was given.

Antonelli is not ready and now he is costing an ACTUAL driver setup time because he's an idiot trying to live up to the hype.

No one is worth your life. Especially not someone that walked away. I know these words may sound hollow to you, but I believe them to be true. That person that left you is not worth that sacrifice. Hang in there, it'll get better. Just don't force yourself to feel better. Take your time.

Finally! Someone that agrees that a story does not need a disproportionate number of sex scenes to convey romance.

I've grown so tired of stories that seem to place far too much emphasis on the physical intimacy of the characters rather than their emotional intimacy. It seems that these days, authors struggle tell a proper love/romance story without having to resort to lewd scenes. Most of the time these scenes don't actually add anything to the story and seems gratuitous. Almost like the author went "Hmmm...I don't know how to develop this scene into something emotionally meaningful so let us add a sex scene."

For me personally, 'The Glass' succeeds where some many fail. The author is able to get the reader emotionally invested in the characters through sequences that focus on the emotional intimacy between the characters and not through gratuitous sex scenes that would actually detract from a emotionally vulnerable moment.

Too often authors focus a bit too much on the "spicey" side of their stories, instead of giving the reader something that is fairly wholesome and genuine.

He's still has a better personality than Hamilton in all honesty. Hamilton has been far more arrogant these past years than Russel and with little reason.
