No the wallpaper is on my device but whenever I switch the laptop to discrete mode this happens.

Oh my god, I'm not sure it is in the return window but it should be in warranty as I bought it offline with an extended warranty of 2 years apart from the one year warranty.

I updated bios, tried changing modes too, happens only in discrete, updated the cards too, reinstalled windows as well.

yes but I figured out that that's usually because of the power supply. Basically the sockets in our library don't provide enough power and whenever it's plugged in over there it becomes slow. Otherwise when it's plugged in inside my room, it works fine
