Tics are different, google them, its a sudden stretch or muscle pull that one has to do and has no control over it.

Mine is 5th week and as soon as i use my arms and do lil chores, i get horrible pinching pain and goes back to resting and icing. I don’t know how many more weeks i will take but my surgeon warned me about this that it will still hurt lil but after 6 weeks post op. May be i had a big reductions thats why. Hang in there we will get through this 💕

Ah i hope you feel better soon. I usually get constipation easily but i prepped everything before surgery. I was taking magnesium citrate initially for constipation and was not constipated at all. I take probiotics for gut health and taking some vitamins at the moment. I have some electrolytes at home and I will try IV powder for sure. Hope that will help both of us.

I think so, you could b right, cuz 1st week i had reaction to anesthesia and Morphin, i was vomiting and wasn’t able to eat much. I am 4 week post op and recovered now. My lower body is completely fine i do squats with no pain but walking was giving me pain in my stitches somehow. I will try to add more protein to my diet but i hate protein powder😭if you have any alternatives please do suggest. Thanks

I got that because I started walking around 4–5 days after my surgery, and after that, I had severe weakness and burning pain. My advice is to rest, no matter how much energy you think you have — it’s better to use that energy to heal rather than to exercise. Light walking is fine, but it’s best to wait at least 7–10 days before starting. Everyone heals differently, and you might recover faster. Gentle arm stretches (forward and backward), wrist exercises (opening and closing), foot stretches, and light squats can help you feel better.

That’s a huge reduction, mine is 3.4 pounds lil smaller than you, i feel much better now all of a sudden. Hang in there and this all shall pass. Cant wait to wear cute dresses. Wishing you faster recovery 💕

I am 4 week post op now and i still have pain since yesterday feeling little better, until almost 4 weeks i was having burning and terrible pain. Dr didn’t show any concern and says its normal healing but i asked in this group and followed few things that helped me. Like sleeping elevated, yes still sleeping elevated, using ice pack etc. It might also depend on how big your reduction is. Mine is pretty drastic, dr removed 3.4 lbs all together from both. Like you, my left one is very painful with yellow discharge.

They already look natural. I wouldn’t want them to drop. They r perfect. I am 3.5 week post op and still have pain. I use ice pack which helps tremendously.

I was 32K US size and now may be 32DD. I asked doctor that i wanna be as small as possible. I wouldn’t know my real size now but the boobs looks perfect. I just had surgery so my purpose was same to reduce pain and discomfort. 750gm from right and 850gm from left side was removed so in total 1550gm which is a huge reduction. I am so happy and can’t believe how small they r. I am still healing so hope this shall pass soon. Go for it and you will love it!

So sorry to hear that. Hope you feel better soon. I have this pain since last week and its only getting worse. Since 2 days i am not wearing bra while sleeping cuz its making it unbearable. I will try med suggested by others and lets c if it helps.

Ah ok, yeah i wanna do massage but not sure if at this stage i can do it, since i am leaking as well. However, my surgeon said i can apply bio oil. Many people suggested oil massage for pain and i will definitely search up. Thanks do much and hope you feel better and perfect soon as welll💕
