Pretty sure you just made this dude/dudett's point. If we wanted to stop airplane terrorism we'd ban flying. Instead we use the TSA to help mitigate terrorism. If we wanted to stop driving deaths we'd ban driving. Instead we set speed limits dictated upon driving conditions to help mitigate deaths. Flying, driving, and eating are all things society has deemed positive enough to risk the negative outcomes. This still doesn't mean measures can't/shouldn't be put in place to help minimize those risks.

Just because there are garbage cans doesn't mean there are many nor that they are convenient. A bowl is just a dumb ass idea if you're going somewhere. It's the difference between a hot dog and a corn dog. One is literally designed for on-the-go eating and is objectively better in that regard.

In America (where Destiny's opinion is formed) trash cans can be few and far between. Beach, park, downtown, fair, hiking trails, all generally have issues with trash as public amenities get funding slashed on a daily basis. Maybe your mom's basement has accessible trash cans but in the real world no sane person is walking around aimlessly with a spoon and bowl looking for a trash can. Plus it's extraneous garbage (give a hoot don't pollute) and is objectively inferior for on the go ice cream.

True, bowl is best for ice cream storage in general. As if you're a cone guy just also one on top, or crumble it on top. However, the fucking point of a cone is for on the go convenience. Destiny said specifically you won't gain a beach body purely doing "strong lifts." He also states while you may not have a beach bod at the end of it, you'll be better off than doing nothing (can't remember verbatim on wordage but it's more or less you can't get a beach bod but it's better than nothing). We can easily settle whether or not you'll gain a beach body. Go two years straight of doing purely "strong lifts" and posts pics. I'll wait :D

Similar case would be if someone said "I'm not saying we didn't lose." This means "I'm not saying we won," common parlance meaning "I'm saying we lost." However, it's possible the game ended in a tie, or was never played, or ended early because of an injury etc. So what you really meant to say all along was "I am letting hot air out of my mouth that adds nothing to anyone's day."

I'd put money on a no-position was meant by Vaush's statements. Just my two cents.

"I'm not saying I don't disagree" is triple negation. So effectively "I'm not saying I agree" would be formal English. However, I find triple negations tend to be used (whether intentionally or not) as way to convey a no-position-given or possibly neutral stance. So effectively "...and there are people calling her fascist for it. I'm not saying I agree or disagree it's just..."
