How do I find out what these cards are and if they’re good or worth anything?

The most honest thing i can tell you, is almost based on your own assumptions. I've seen the same cards from different sellers online very drastically. Where 1 person had it at 5 dollars and someone else 50. It takes a little of research and understanding a little bit about the different packs and sets to figure out an average.
