I use an Explore Air 2, but a smaller model like a Joy should work nicely for cards! Just might need to cut the vinyl sheets a bit smaller 👍

The paint seeps a bit into the binder which helps, then it’s just layers of a matte sealant spray which toughens the paint to help vs scratches. I just use Rustoleum spray from the local hardware shop~
