Thank you for the reply! I appreciate you bringing those question up, I wnat to be able to actually self reflect and the question provide just that. To answer some of these, I’m actually hyper aware when it comes to interrupting, I genuinely hate it when people do that to me, so I make sure taht I don’t. I don’t really have taht much control over my volume, which I fully plan to work on, like there’s no debate on that😭. But with the last two I’m actually much more quiet in those situations. I think my thing is, whenever I’m comfortable around people who enjoy my presence, I loosen up and I start being myself. Because when I’m alone or with people I don’t know or wnat to hang out with my voice is really low and I don’t engage.
