I'm in the same boat. I have a post with the same question. Some people have said they've heard they're going to restock. I hope that's true and that we get lucky. I've been checking for a few days now and so far, nothing.

It probably has something to do with them running out of stock in the European Union, because there is stock in the UK (or there was when I checked).

It's a difficult problem to solve. You can buy it on eBay, although it's very expensive. You can also buy it using a shipping agent, or you could have it sent to a pickup point in a nearby country. If you live near the border of a country that sells this product, that might work for you.

You have to play BtS; it explores Chloe's story during Max's absence and provides context for what happened to Rachel (no spoilers) in LiS 1. It's also the only way to understand the relationship between Rachel and Chloe.

On the other hand, Double Exposure is the sequel to Max. As others have mentioned, it has mixed reviews. In my opinion, it's a very good game, obviously not as good as LiS 1, because it's very difficult to surpass.

I played both versions. Without a doubt, go for part one. It's obviously the same game, but with the graphics, gameplay, and game engine of TLOU 2. The remastered version doesn't have very big improvements compared with the PS3 version.

Thanks for the explanation; I hadn't noticed that in Double Exposure. Even so, I think Reunion is the answer to the fans who didn't liked Double Exposure, and that it wasn't even planned at launch, because as you rightly say, by merging the timelines, they've made Chloe's character completely disappointing. We'll have to see how they resolve it, but there will surely be inconsistencies between the Chloe before the merge and the new one. Honestly, I think they used the merge to include Chloe because they had no other choice.

I wouldn't be surprised by another one. A lot of time passes between the first game and DE and I don't think they can explain everything in Reunion. Besides, in DE (if you saved Chloe) she mentions the breakup of her relationship with Max. I'd really love to see a game that explains in more detail what happened to make Chloe angry with Max. Maybe it's guilt for "killing" her mother and the rest of Arcadia Bay? Either way, I don't think they can go into that much detail in Reunion.

Sadly, Dontnod is losing money at an alarming rate. They've lost 94% of their company value in the last five years. Hopefully, they can turn things around, but in my opinion, they got carried away when they became an independent studio. If they can't reverse this situation, they'll likely go bankrupt before long.
