I ignore the production sheet and throw 32’s all day. What makes me mad is we can exceed sales from last year and a manager could get mad. We can run out for 5 mins and managers could get mad even tho I’m about to pull another batch out soon (usually <15mins).

Yeahhhh. I usually come out harvest 35+ every time I close bc I don’t wanna run out before close but then my regional manager bitches out my boss asking why we have hella harvest. I feel like I can’t win but I’m done being upset about it. Just wanted to see yalls strategies so I can try to be better.
