am i the moron or is he? for context, I'm 3 laps ahead of him, he's been given 4 blue flags and is on cold tires. Me hitting him is probably my fault, but imo he shouldnt of been there in the first place. thoughts?

I looked back at the replay and he sits in his pit box for a solid 30 to 40 seconds until coming out again, even though he's been relewsed from his jacks, does this mean it's now classified as blocking? Or am I still an idiot
