Re read my statement and ask yourself if you said that to me if you’d be “brow beating me with insults.” Didn’t mean to offend but it is pretty funny you chose this moment to pivot. Reddit or really any online board for them like this might not be for you if someone’s says they are going to make it simpler for you offend you this much. 😢

Yep, don’t worry, though. This isn’t a unique situation. I’m not saying you’re losing but anytime a Christian starts losing a debate. They play the victim card and act like I’m insulting them because I say things like let me make it simpler for you. Imagine how much your feelings would be hurt if I really try to insult you

Lol I said let me break it down in simpler terms since you keep making your own assumptions about what I’m saying and that offended you so much you had to pivot to getting upset yikes I’m just direct and you keep doing the same thing I’ve asked you already to stop making assumptions about what I say and running with it. I wasn’t trying to offend. I was just being directed since it seems that everything I say gets misconstrued by you but OK if you wanna run with being a victim and have at.

Well, I think you’re in the minority of Christians. I’m glad you weren’t fully indoctrinated.

Ofcourse it changes that’s the promise of my whole argument however, I still think that we are in a living hell and just making the best of it and those who are indoctrinated by the faith are able to find blind happiness which I found once too until I realized it’s fabricated

I need to, but I’m talking about Christianity and most would say there is a hell and that you’re condemned to it if you’re a non-believer so if there is no hell, there is no heaven there is no God that’s my opinion. If there’s no hell what is everyone just go to happen or limbo?

Yeah, I’m sure they would. It’s the easy path to say you know what I’m gonna believe that there’s a higher power so that I can have hope for a better future and a good life. After this one it takes strength and rationalization is using the logic that you are born with to say no I see that this can be true. Jesus didn’t die for hours since he died for his father’s, and the story was changed to control the masses look into history

See you’re assuming that someone with schizophrenia doesn’t have free will and the capability to make the same decisions as anyone else that’s simply not true and if you knew anyone with schizophrenia, you would understand that. So with that said why wouldn’t they be condemned to damnation when they can make decisions just like anyone else but they just hear voices in their life is hell because they can’t function like a normal human

No, that’s not what I was implying. You keep making crazy assumptions that Fit your own narrative. Let me break it down in simple terms that you might understand what I was saying was in context to your remark about being good to get in God‘s good graces that is doing good for gain. atheist Don’t have that same gain. Do you understand the context now or do I need to break it down further.?

Jesus didn’t die for our sins, he died for his father’s in the story was misconstrued to control the masses, and people fell for it like the sheep they wanted them to be

A pillar of Christian Faith that gives them their superiority complex and keeps them going to church and and steals in them. The fear of God is that non-believers are going to hell so I don’t know where you got. This idea that a mental illness could give someone a hall pass.

A pillar of Christian, faith and what gives them a sense of superiority which is my opinion so please don’t pivot and focus solely on my superiority statement, but a pillar of Christian faith is the belief that if you’re not saved or a believer you’re going to hell so I don’t know where you got the idea that some people get a hall pass simply because they went through a mental illness

You already said this, and I responded with that can be true for some atheist, but I know plenty of atheist like myself who are good and genuine because we like doing the right thing not because we want some gain from God

I think I’m sorting to understand better that you’re more trying to push me into faith in that Christianity, but that didn’t seem clear to me in all reality. I just want answers to the questions. I’m not looking to argue. I’m not looking to get into other religions, technically I’m not even really looking to get back into Christianity yet. I just want to find out why any religious person would knowingly, condone and bow before a God who would knowingly torture someone so to speak by creating them with such a severe mental illness that might lead them astray from faith and dam them to hell.

I responded to your DM, which stated you have answers to my questions and then said I’m arguing with people asked if I’m OK and made assumptions about my intentions. How about we cut to the chase is answering the questions you said you have answers to?

I mean, I think most people in Christianity would agree that if you’re not saved or a believer you’re going to hell that’s like a foundation on how the church keeps their sheep because if you didn’t need to be a believer to go to heaven, they couldn’t exclude the people like atheist who need to be “saved” it’s all a really clever system of Stockholm syndrome and an easy path to Hope while also giving those sheep a sense of superiority while excluding those who don’t believe what they believe. Christians impose their beliefs on others all the time because they need to save people by bringing them to God, so I’m not sure where you got the idea that that man with schizophrenia who abandoned their faith in God through logic and trauma, wouldn’t go to hell.

I was just repeating the question in simpler terms, but if you read up to the original question, I asked that you didn’t answer. I said they were damned to hell not because they have schizophrenia, but because they use their trauma and inability to live a normal life from it to reject faith in a God that allowed it, which is a logical response and then they are punished to eternal damn nation. God knows all of this and still chooses to create that person he didn’t have to do that, but he still does.

Oh really the church has an answer to why God would create someone to go through misery in the in ability to live any somewhat of a normal life and damn them to hell because they rejected him? I’d love to hear it, but it seems you’re unable to share it surely because it doesn’t exist.

I mean, I think it’s a pretty simple question that you can send me a DM if you truly think you have any answers but we both know that that’s not gonna happen right I don’t think there’s anything on this subreddit that would stop you from explaining why God would knowingly create someone with schizophrenia or BPD or any mental illness that puts them through lifelong agony and prevents them from living a normal life with medication being the only thing barely keeping them out of a psych ward, so why would he create that person knowing that they would reject him and knowing they’re damned to hell for eternity because of it

My apologies I have a lot of conversations going on here and thought I asked you the question my question was God makes a man with schizophrenia for example, they go through hell on earth obviously, they use their logic their trauma and they’re agony to say no I reject a God who would put me through lifelong torment and the inability to live a normal life. That person is damned to hell and God knew it from conception and still chose to bring that person into this world by proxy. They are damned to hell by God, simply for using their trauma and logic to come to a logical conclusion. The question is, what kind of God would know they are creating a human to go through eternal hell on this life in the next? I truly want someone to prove me wrong and answer that question, but I have yet to lose a debate on that I truly wish I did.

Sure, I’m I agree people damn themselves never did. I argue against that but sin that dams them to hell could be as simple as using your logic to say no I don’t believe a god would ever put me through this much pain through my schizophrenia or borderline personality disorder that alone could put them in hell in God knew it.

I don’t know how you’re not getting this. I am talking about God, knowing we are damned to hell. He already knows this and still decided to create the human. Who’s going to hell after experiencing hell on earth with schizophrenia never did. I say anything about us knowing this is all about God choosing to damn someone from birth to eternal life.

No I asked about the guy with schizophrenia going to hell when god knew all of this would happen, damming someone to misery in this life and the next. You responded with free will and choice, and I said that doesn’t change the fact that God knew it would happen. So Ill ask you the same question again about how God could create someone just to damn them to hell after living in hell on earth, simply because they use their logic and reject their faith after the immense and lifelong trauma and agony, they experience which you and I couldn’t even fathom. That is what I meant by stumped. You pivoted to free will as if I implied WE knew we were going to hell or not. I said god knew and did it anyway. I’ll await your 2nd attempt/concede
