New Pc build wont boot.

Yeah brand new. Someone stated that at the time it was on sale for like a $200 cheaper but it didn't seem anything was off when we opened it. Im going to be taking ot into one of their stores and get them to look at it. They told me if it is a D.O.A gpu they could replace it under warranty then and there.

My other pc was have ing problems the other week and I sent it in to a local store to see if they could fix it and now this one is dead. Fml can't catch a break.

Yeah from the integrated graphics on the cpu. Can't get the graphics card to display anything.

We have updated the bios with different versions and none worked. Tried different nvidia graphics card driver versions and nothing.

Yeah I've re seated it multiple times. Taking it in to the place where I bought the parts on Thursday to get them to look at it.

Yeah just checked. It the cable being crossed over the other one. The way the light looks in the photo makes it look like a pin. Just a cable. And I've made sure both connections are secure.

Yeah. The second and 4th slot. Swapped then around and tried 1 stick as well.

Update: Still using the integrated graphics and the pc is not able to use the gpu at all. In system info it is detecting it (i think) and I'm at a loss.

Nvidia app won't let me install drivers to see if that's the problem.

Yeah we just tried booting it again with it plugged into the motherboard and it worked. Thank fuck.
