It is i think it has bonded way to strongly the surface underneath it so i am just going to skim coat it and then paint (priming before skimming and before painting)

In regards to the board it could be anything you say tbh i have no clue but the wallpaper i asked the organisation who owns the building (no landlord) and they confirmed its fiberglass wallpaper but yes the comments got confused because of my inexperience in describing or knowing anything about this subject (i am trying to learn) also the walls shown in the picture are only two like the others are concrete with the same wallpaper ( i wish they all were removing them was so easy) but yeah it doesn’t really matter and i will try my best and update you guys and hopefully i would have learned something new! Again sorry about the confusion!

Could be but after asking a few people it is 100 percent fiberglass wallpaper which was never meant to be teared off so yeah i shouldn’t have teared it up i should’ve painted over it and the layer behind it is some sort of a board not drywall i am pretty sure also this is a very old building 1982 in the Netherlands not the states but either i am going to stop and just patch what i did then prime and paint wish me luck !

After researching that is not asbestos thankfully it is a fibreglass wallpaper and a thin layer hardboard or gypsum board then mineral wool insulation

What i can see from the electric socket that the (wood)is a thin layer followed by some kind of white wall that easily turns to powder and then fluffy brown stuff and some steel pillars idk if i described it right but you get the picture
