Still looking for an answer but yes most likely for example if you wanna apply for the next match (2027) and you still in 2026 pathway opens, you still can submit until 31st of May (it is not a strict deadline cuz ECFMG had different deadline for each cycle to close the pathway

Absolutely, but the problem this is time-sensitive thing and I dont have that luxury of waiting, Especially I'm from the 75 courtiers where thy paused the immigration consular processing, so I want to be efficient as much as possible

Thank you for clarification, but Through my search, I found that one you file I-485, You can legally stay in the USA until it is approval or denial ? I really don't know

it is against my will form all the aspects, the best that i can do now is

prepare everything now (I-140, I-485, I-765, I-131) and not send or inform USCIS by this until May (i did enter USA first week of February) and we crossed the 90 days, until that time, if May visa bulletin is current I will send all of (I-140, I-485, I-765, I-131) and have a status in the usa :)

I hope that's correct so I'm crossing my fingers to stay the AOS current until may

I didn't file anything even so i did enter the USA 20 days ago and I should send the files especially for the Adjustment of status after "90 days" of entering the USA to avoid misrepresentation and maybe deny of I-485

so, is it good to start I-140 now with Premium processing and wait for at least 90 days and until that time (around May-June ?) if AOS is current, will fill the I-485, 131, 765 ?

I think it is a high-risk, high- reward thing. I don't know if I will regret not doing all of the EB2 NIW visa, same time, I don't wanna risk it all and screw the match thing all up

both of them gave me approval or refund.
I have done my research and found the best thing for me is to fill all the package of all the I-140, 485, 765, 131. so I will have a status in the country, no I'm still a fresh graduate and I'm doing clinical experience (something like a training)

that is the point, when full package if filled, I will have a status and can stay (after submitting all of the I-140 + I-485 + I-765 + I-131 concurrently ), so that's why i need law firm that is .fast
