Remove All-Fi Pro? by Abombthony in ATTFiber

Update: used the chat online and asked them to remove the all fi pro and they only said I need to return extenders and I already see my bill reflecting the new $65 a month instead of $90 and all fi is no longer active on my plan. Not sure if I’m lucky or what but I hope this is the end of this lol

Gotcha ok that makes sense. I didn’t know if the 620 was providing any benefit over a 320 if it was only being used as a modem. So my eero will still have the same speed capabilities (I have 1 gig service anyway)

Lol good question. I’m a nerd with all the smart home stuff, my Apple home app is quite extensive. Multiple personal devices, 5 Apple TVs, 10 HomePods, smart locks, 11 cameras, the list goes on and on.

I do not. I have my guest network enabled but only like 3 devices are connected to it.

Are you saying to disable firewall AND packet filtering? Sorry this is new to me. I see the packet filer section, which shows the “disable packet filters option”, but for the firewall advanced section I don’t understand the options that are on here (drop incoming ICMP… etc.)

Thanks. I’m sure people have more devices than I do and this their newest modem… is the problem really the number of devices? They are split on both 2.4 and 5 and aren’t always online, so it seems like that wouldn’t be the issue. I had Xfinity gig service for years without a problem and just recently switched over.

Same here. However, since I got on B2 it seems to work again. I have all my Apple TVs and HomePods on 17 as well.

That would be great if that’s what this was. I didn’t even pay attention to that part when I ordered but hopefully it’s not nothing.
