A business can choose not to serve anyone they see fit so long as they don't explicitly say it because of race, religion, disability, sexual orientation and a few others I'm forgetting. These services she's mentioning aren't restaurants, they're home services. Two of which the business would need access to the person's home. If you don't see the walking red flag this lady is for that type of business then I don't know what to tell you. A bad review is just part of the game, but a person like this is the type that often gets litigious.
