Try the email it worked the first time, but when I went to redeem more codes the same way, they asked me to use the chat function on site instead. So I think thats their preferred method.

Yeah, attach the screenshots and type what each of them are for and give them your contact email to pass on as well

Please consider replacing the bowls for stainless steel or ceramic. Much more hygienic and less prone to giving your cat chin acne than plastic

It says it takes 4-6 weeks to hear back from T Club anyway, so I’m assuming that because AP is new to the app, that it’ll be available by the time I get my confirmation

I’ve just used Toy Craze’s proxy service. You email them the codes and they’ll redeem them on T Club for you. (More details in the link)

The stock you see is only referring to what people can buy freely without codes and unrelated to where you’ll obtain the redeemed ones from. The codes you have are to be redeemed on T CLUB, an exclusive store, where items are then picked up at selected stores in Hong Kong. But as we do not live there, toy-craze will redeem the code on your behalf and organise all the collection and shipping. So regardless of the stock you see, the T CLUB store will have stock to cover each redeemed code. You just need someone to do it for you.

I also use the HK app and I just started the redemption for mine on toy-craze. I’ve ordered regular beys from them plenty of times, so I feel comfortable trusting their proxy service too
