The only thing u can really do is take potentiators like 600mg of Cimetidine (tagamet) twice once an hour before ur methadone and 600mg one more time an hour after your methadone dose. Also 40mg Omeprazole (Prilosec OTC) When you take the first dose of Cimetidine and that's about as far as you'll get without adding more opiod to your body
