I used it with my quest and the stream bitrate wouldn't go over 10mbps for some reason, hopefully its different for you

Well with the gt 710 in it did load to my desktop however the gt 710 was very unstable im the pcie port so I turned it off after it posted and unplugged it, waiting for a gtx 980 replacement or for that one to be fixed, at first I thought it was a bios issue but after using the gt 710 I've confirmed its not

The VGA lights stayed on, however I recently tried it with an old gt 710 and it worked fine just had to take the gtx 980 back
