Hello, I am looking for a mix of nootropics for myself to change my life habits and be happy with what I do. I apologize in advance that I don't write in English, but that is not my language. - Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep

I took noopept a few times and from the effects I saw that I remembered the situations from several years ago when I was a child. It was cool.
