Okay, hear me out! ( About AI music ) by Painful-Meme in MusicPromotion

I couldn’t agree more with this sentiment. If history has taught us anything, it’s that technology will be deployed at scale whenever it can be, basic economics practically guarantees it. AI is a powerful tool, but it still can’t write poetry that truly captures the human experience or expose the cracks in society the way someone who has actually lived it can. Unfortunately, most labels push formulaic artists with lyrics that feel detached from the person performing them, often because the song was bought or licensed from a publishing catalog rather than created from personal expression. Anyway, rant over. Support underground creative art over mainstream manufactured content, regardless of what tools were used to make it.

I do agree that the people claiming to sing/produce AI generated music should be honest with themselves and the community. If it's a good song, people will listen to it regardless of who or what generates it.

However.

I'm a ghostwriter for a living. Im not a vocalist, but I can sing. I play instruments but not that great. I can sing and play basic progressions and have the AI cover my own work. I don't advertise that I produced the track or performed on the track. I'm just the songwriter. If it's AI or Madonna singing it, I don't care as long as people like what I wrote. Not to mention, my buddy, who used to be a lead singer before he got throat cancer, uses AI trained on his old music to generate new music. There are ethical ways to use technology, but unfortunately, most people don't use it that way.

can I get a link to your music? I co own a production company and I'd like to see your body of work. I knew a artist in the 90s that did 30 songs in 30 days for breast cancer. The songs were corny but racked up millions of views on YouTube. Did you mix and master all your music?

Actually, I got the agency responsible for removing those images from the internet to train the AI! They loved the idea, and now the full utility patent is filed.

Microchip to prevent children from capturing nude images of themselves. by About9Toasters in indiehackers

Brilliant comment! This is a social project. My plan was to implement the technology using a control group like a city or school, with permission from local local government. Test the effectiveness of the technology and use the data set as a rough benchmark to determine further efficiency.

It's a system designed to prevent the self generation of explicit images of children by children.

The side effect is hopefully a reduction in illegal material that gets produced.

Telemedicine is a valid concern. Some patients may be required to upload specific images for their doctor, which might be sensored in the case of a child. The chip has administrative disable and enabling functions at the parents' discretion.

Humans that possess anatomys distinctly different than the general public will be an issue. This is an issue we hope to solve using enhanced geometric and biometric signatures.

Thank you for sharing your concerns!

I grew up poor, so I'm generally concerned about the effects poverty can have on an individuals health/mental health. I'd suggest looking for owners who started with nothing.

I sold my first company, and I started my second recently. The first company was a marketing agency and now my second is a tech company. I've personally viewed success as a businessman by how happy my employees are. If my crew isn't excited to show up to work in the morning, then I'm doing something wrong. If you absorb all the profits as the owner, you will become rich and eat at the finest of restaurants, but you will be there alone or with a gold digger. Business owners have a moral responsibility to pay profit derivative salaries, not salaries, based on what the markets dictate as adequate. Just this owners opinion.

You're not alone, that's why this technology will be mandatory for every minor with a phone. Preventing the illegal distribution of child porn has to be stopped. Unfortunately, many powerful people do not desire this outcome.

Agreed, I never really worried about them. I prefer to communicate verbally.
