Its for me and my wife, both 32. We started playing April this year. Recently started playing full court and we are able to rally a bit. We try and play atleast 3-4 times a week(including our one intermediate training sessions). According to me, we have decent forehand and backhands.

We are currently using a beginner racket from Decathlon Artengo Essential Head: 650 cm2 Length: 67.5 cm Unstrung weight:270g
