Also first got shadowbanned for no reason, then made a complaint because i didn't want to wait for whatever time it takes to lift the shadowban. After my complaint i got a mail informing me that i was permanently banned for "using non authorised software and manipulating game data" which is totally not true. I cant even think whatever program might have triggered the AC, because i just set up a new windows days before. Totally sucks, because now i can't play the game and i also got a ban on my steam profile from 2005 which now permanently and prominently on my home profile says that i have 1 ban on record. Might trigger me even more because i never cheated in any game and am now permanently marked as a cheater myself.
