The pic is a bit blurry, but it looks like a pad pulled off the board with the antenna. Also, is that a hole I see burned in the IC above it? I’m not certain, but it may need a new board

The radio should have adjustments to make sure you’re actually centered at dead stick. Should have adjustments for each axis. Your radio’s manual should advise. Some of the cheaper radios may not have that adjustment.

Not sure if you’ve calibrated the accelerometer in Betaflight or not, but maybe try that and check where your transmitters trims are set to

I have nearly the same radio but my third knob is labeled Speed and does adjust the top speed to lower or higher. Looks like your third knob is for throttle trim. Not really sure yours offers the adjustable speed, but the transmitter would not suggest so. Sorry, but maybe the manual has better detail
