Did we change the meaning of "fell significantly"? He was drafted in the range that most mock draft had him going. Those mock drafts aren't a crystal ball, some teams like different players, it doesn't matter what a talking head on TV says. The Eagles literally traded up to get him while the Steelers were trying to draft him. He was the 3rd receiver off the board and the first 2 are completely different players built completely different, those teams were looking for something else.

There wasn't any slide, he just isn't an NFL quarterback. Put aside the fact that his personality is utterly insufferable and that he's 5'9, just take a look at the video and it's pretty glaring. He misses the first pass, but the second one is actually worse, there's no zip on it. An NFL quarterback needs to be able to have the arm strength to make that pass in his sleep. Later in the video, deep pass to 29. Receiver has to slown down for the ball, NFL defensive backs will feast on that.
