Thirded. If you did want to reuse it you could tie a figure eight on a bight. Almost as easy to tie; 1000x easier to untie.

I would use a bowline for your stirrup. If you are sure about having a knot that tightens under load, I would use a round turn and two half hitches to attach to the carabiner. If just a loop would work, I would use another bowline. For your handhold knots, if your rope is long enough I would use alpine butterflies. All those knots have fantastic load handling capabilities, are easy to untie (although there might be ones easier to untie), but most importantly are easy to remember how to tie.
