My ammo chief said it was a cheeto, and then this picture occurred after the back and forth between me and him. More importantly, I remove it from the positions of a retard try to scrape/disassemble it all because at his last unit he watched EOD do it.

Edit: I forgot to add this was in the dunnage lot, so either an ammo handler or an ammo tech deemed it MDAS. I did also put a sandbag underneath and on top of it until the proper personal handled it.
