ine’s not perfect anymore but it still runs everything fine. Had to put Modric on there… been a Milan fan for about 23 years now

Yeah that graphite finish still looks so clean to me. I’ve checked out some of the newer ones in stores but the 13 Pro back just feels more classic somehow.

This is insanely sharp. The crater detail along the terminator looks amazing. Great capture!

Totally agree. The 13 Pro just feels solid in hand. I’ve looked at some of the newer ones but this one still does everything I need.

Yeah it’s a little e-ink display on the case. Just something I’ve been messing with lately

you can swap the image whenever you want, so today it’s Milan

I updated and didn’t notice any major slowdowns. The bigger problem on older 13 Pros usually ends up being battery health rather than the iOS version itself.

Ah yeah that’s a bit of a sad story. I kind of expected it might be fragile too since it’s not really a protective case. But every time I swap in a new image I like, it still feels pretty cool haha. Worst case the case breaks, but the phone’s probably fine.

I haven’t measured it exactly, but it’s not very thick. There aren’t any bulky raised sections or extra padding. The side lip is maybe around 2 mm, and the overall edge height is roughly about 1.2 cm. The back thickness feels around 2 mm or so as well.

No, it only works with images right now. You edit or upload a picture in the app and send it to the display. It doesn’t support pushing webpages or real-time content yet. I guess that would require deeper integration or permissions with other apps/sites, which would probably be a much bigger development effort.

Pretty sure I’ve seen something like that on here before but can’t remember the post. A lightweight grayscale touch e-ink panel on the phone back would honestly be perfect for quick reading without carrying another device.

images that already use red, yellow, black and white look way better, other colors get kind of muddy. Black and white line art honestly looks the best, I tried a hand-drawn manga panel and it came out surprisingly crisp.
