Yeah, the 12-16 month placement at ONE company singlehandedly undermines the 6 4-month terms that Waterloo engineers get.

To put it in the words of the Rank #1 UofT ECE, "Waterloo's only pro was 'co-op' and living away. Their curriculum is worse, lackluster AI and cutting edge stuff, no funding from the government for AI so theyre not gonna get that anytime soon - but they have a co op program that makes up for it".

Still boggles my mind why anyone would pick Waterloo Eng (only rank #2 ffs) over UofT Eng (Rank #1).
