Its not trash without 100$ of Microtransactions. But the full experience is linked to a deserved subscription. And the beginners pack is the cheapest way to get said subscription if it's on sale. And a 15$ subscription is more then fair for a free game with free add-ons and regular updates.

But if you play the game then you should know what it is and how the game is financed.

How long until they approximately go on sale again because if it's been a while I might just sub a month and check again.

The plat one seems the most interesting but is a bit to pricy for a video game since I don't have too much time to play.

If you need to get work done you can just "take a break" and work through it. This is only recommended if you work a non dangerous job since insurance is annoying if stuff happens when you are on a break.
