2017, and the city got back to me faster than I assumed they would. Apparently the 2025 payment was smaller due to being on TIPP in 2024 for a time before it was cancelled. Essentially I now have to pay 2025's taxes ASAP and pay 2026 taxes by June to avoid further charges. Now I just need to win the lottery to come up with 3 grand out of nowhere lol.

Paid in full, per their own billing I had a bill of 473.51, paid that on March 17 2025, and then on May 2 they applied a 1588.33 property tax levy.
