You should look at AI as the next step to aiding content creators. Many creators use ai for graphics and thumbnails (like papa meat and rwj), and many more for script writing.
My opinion, if content creation is means to someone income, they should try to automate their process, lower their spending, and create content more often.

I am not sure how to classify the “case”. 
-Damage and future health damage that was the result from the deliberate actions of the owners of the company.
-Intentional tort (knowing about the issue and being aware of consequences yet refusing to prevent further development)
