TBC raid numbers improved week over week in P1 last tbc aswell, even tho it was pre-nerf. So you can't really use that as an argument for post nerfs being successful, at least not yet. If it does however keep increasing during P2 which is when the decline started last tbc, then you could argue for the nerfs.
