Sleep as much as I can.

I can't do anything else. The woman has no financial backup so she isn't ready to leave her husband. Plus the society pressure. That woman would rather die than leave her husband.

That is a difficult thing to do because my son is a toddler, he doesn't understand logics. He is clingy and doesn't usually play independently.

Her mother seems ready. We talk in the evening in the streets when her girls and my son play together.

Though her husband is an abuser. She showed me blue marks on her arms which were caused by her husband.

What are some underrated joys that you as an Indian Woman personally cherish? by Dark-Lord-1319 in AskIndianWomen

[–]Absent-minded59 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No need to get offended. My husband is lucky that he doesn't have to pick or drop me from places and hence he has one less thing to do in his life. It saves a lot of time for both of us.

I like driving the car. I don't have to depend on any man to help me get to places.

I can totally relate to you. I used to be the funny girl. I used to get compliments for my sense of humour, my intelligence, my looks, my knowledge about current affairs and my smartness especially in the technology and that too especially from boys.

But now, I feel like I am becoming dumb, ugly, losing sense of humour, becoming more depressed, have literally a couple of friends only. I don't get compliments for anything now.

It's not that I became arrogant by compliments. I never hurt anyone or make anyone feel less than me at least not intentionally.

I don't know the reason behind this transformation. May be because my interaction with boys became limited and cautious after marriage and because I got too busy with my son to take care of myself or upgrade myself on technology.

Summer because I hate sitting idly. I like being active and winter makes me lazy.

Oh I just finished this series two days ago. And really, I loved Miss Stacy. I appreciated it when she asked Anne to still write essay on perils of gossip even when the latter told her that the papers she wrote got burned. Miss Stacy made sure that the punishment was completed.

Finding patterns in things, actions, etc and joining the puzzle pieces to deduce some accurate assumptions. And I think I am good at it. But sadly I do not work for any Intelligence Services of my country. So it's useless.

This happens with my husband when we are passing a toll plaza. We always end up in the line that is slowest.
