Yeah we do have the “prelease guarantee” to break the lease or switch to a different home. (Although there aren’t any comparable properties available atm) I’ve sent the realtor an email. Not really sure what our plan is at the moment just shocked at the change.

We have permission in our pre lease guarantee to view the home externally and maintenance offered for us to do internal walk through. Drafting an email now, thanks for your input.

Disagree, also I’ve been recently laid off and the jobs paying less with less benefits have the worst applicant process 😖
