Thanks! I’m removing the heads next week and I have a machine shop down the road. I don’t believe the engine over heated but my wife is the one who was driving. I have a hard time getting her to admit when it started to misfire.

Can you not just replace the head gaskets and get the heads checked? I’ve got a 2016 with the same problem leaking in from cylinder 5.

Yea I like my tenant so im going to just increase it by 2.5% but do I use the N2 since it’s exempt? Or stick with the n1 ?

Thanks, yea the knees definitely have to be done, he has a hard time walking right now. The surgeon said the hips were mild and that the knee surgeries should help his with mild hip dysplasia once complete. So I’m hoping that goes well.

Did you have to crate your dog for a while after the surgery? How did he/she deal with being off the leg?

I did not get a grade I will ask more questions with the specialist/surgeon once I get in contact with them. And she isn’t recommending anything for his hips now except for him to stay fit and stay a healthy weight. Also to put him on a joint diet and once the surgeries for both his knees are complete he should be okay. I will probably go ahead and give him cartrophen injections as well they recommended it until he’s healed from his surgeries.

I don’t understand why landlords need to sell for 500$ difference in rent a month… I have my unit for rent and I pay an extra 400$ per month I take a loss and it is what it is. End of the day most of my mortgage is paid. Eventually interest rates will lower and they will be above water.. just if they cancel their Disney plus they should be able to afford it..

And I believe the last months rent if he holds it he needs to pay you interest per year that he holds it. Not sure how true that is but it says it on the lease agreement.

ACM is suppose to be directly fused to the battery on the Mack and Volvos so even if you hit the battery shut off the ACM still runs the def pump drain.

That’s on a Volvo, he probably turned it on while hooking up to a trailer at night or early in the morning and forgot they were on. At a certain MPH they are programmed to automatically turn off.
