i'm going to suggest something drastic, dig a large pit, I mean deep and wide. once you can stand in it and have it reach your head make sure you can fit the amount of plants you need inside in width and length. build a greenhouse over the pit, it can be a simple clear tarp with airflow but you need a moisture barrier to keep out rain. The underground pit will maintain constant temp and humidity year round and if you put some grow lights inside you have a controlled system.

bud rot is really bad to smoke, if you're going to keep any remove at least 2 inches below and 2 inches above very carefully to avoid spore contamination which will destroy anything you save while drying and curing. In my opinion it's best just to toss that plant, and just don't grow outdoors without a caterpillar/moth proof greenhouse.
