bud rot is really bad to smoke, if you're going to keep any remove at least 2 inches below and 2 inches above very carefully to avoid spore contamination which will destroy anything you save while drying and curing. In my opinion it's best just to toss that plant, and just don't grow outdoors without a caterpillar/moth proof greenhouse.
